Jill Thurston has been my preferred service advisor for about 8 years. She always has the best interest of myself and my car in he forefront of her customer service, which is why I keep coming back to this dealership and ask for Jill in particular. Another really important reason I keep coming to SOG is the integrity of the staff, and Jill leads the way in that area. I have been bringing my car here for service for two years or more. Jill provided excellent service and advice. When my first Subaru was destroyed by a drunk driver, I came here to find a replacement, even though I bought the car elsewhere. As I told the salesperson, Jill was the best salesman here, due to her good service. I bought my present car here, and it has been well cared for. I like the low key approach, and not being pressured to buy things not needed,as well as the prompt service when needed, and fair pricing. Jill is a great asset to this dealership and to Subaru in general.

We so appreciate the service we have received from Jill over the years for both our 2004 and 06 Forresters. Jill's honesty and sincerety is refreshing. JILL ALWAYS BEEN MY RESOURCE FOR QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY CAR. Chris Davis of Subaru of Gwinnett offered me the best deal on a fully loaded 2010 Honda Odyssey. I had been searching for an Odyssey for about two weeks when I drove to Subaru of Gwinnett.
